What are the four property categories for personalization?
While you can use essentially any custom contact property that you create and collect on your forms, there are four categories for personalization:
Contact properties will contain tokens like first name, email address and the like. Company properties will have industry, company name, and total revenue and other details about the contact’s company. Office location properties will have tokens such as city, state and postal code. HubSpot Owner properties for first name, last name and signature, all of which belong to the HubSpot users. The personalization token corresponds to your contacts database in HubSpot |
